Cafe Uno Ltd
Scott McDonald continued the catering franchise with Bangor Golf Club by himself as Cafe Uno in November 2009 after being Cafe Grande with his brother Marty McDonald since February 2003.
The team consists of Chris and Gareth Brown in the kitchen who both worked for many years at the Bryansburn.
The Front of House team along with Scott consists of Susan, Mairead, Maria and Audrey.
