Catering

Cafe Uno Ltd

Our catering is provided by Cafe Uno, led by Scott McDonald. The team consists of Julie Hoey (Head Chef) and Marty McDonald in the kitchen who have both worked for many years in the catering industry. The Front of House team along with Scott consists of Susan, Mairead, Janice, Audrey & Jackie.

Winter Catering Hours (Oct to March)

Tuesday – Thursday 12-2.30 pm
Tuesday – Thursday 5-9 pm
Friday 12-9 pm
Saturday 12-9 pm
Sunday 12-3 pm

Summer Catering hours (Easter to 30th September)

Monday 12-2.30 pm
Tuesday – Thursday 10-2.30 pm and 5-9 pm
Friday 12-9 pm
Saturday 12-9 pm
Sunday 12-7 pm

Winter Bar hours (2nd October to Easter)

Sunday 12.30-7.30 pm last orders

We’re happy to do bespoke catering for societies, parties and corporate visitors. We also cater for funerals and other events. Whether you want to hold a private or corporate event with us, you can be assured of great food and a warm, professional welcome. Sample menu is set out below:

Specials Board available most days

Snacks £3.00 to £4.25   Main Meals £4.50 to £8.95
Examples include delicacies such as:
– sausage and egg soda, mince pie and mash,

Sunday Lunch

3 Course Sunday Lunch served 12-2.30pm £15.00

A Carvery Lunch is usually held on the last Sunday of each month.  Book early to avoid disappointment.

Steak nights and Curry nights

Special steak and curry nights throughout the year at special prices.

Bar Snack Menu

Homemade soup of the Day with Wheaten Bread  £3.00

Golfers fry with 2 each of sausage, bacon and egg and mushrooms, tomato, soda and potato bread  £5.00

Small fry 1 of everything  £4.00

Freshly made sandwich on white or granary bread served with nachos  £3.00

Freshly made toastie with salad and coleslaw  £3.60

Filled ciabatta with chips and salad  £5.50
– Sweet chilli chicken and cheese
– Roast beef with caramelized onion chutney
– Bacon, brie and cranberry

Deep fried potato wedges with bacon, sweet chilli and melted cheddar £4.00

Chicken liver and brandy pate with cranberry compote and toast £4.00

Breaded Brie Wedges with mango chutney sauce  £4.00

Smoked Salmon & rocket salad with horseradish aioli  £4.50

Sharing platter – battered mushrooms, salted chilli chicken and potato wedges  £6.50

Homemade steak burger  £6.00
and then build your own
– tomato relish, saute onions, caramelised onion chutney, saute mushrooms, pineapple, cheese, pepper sauce, each 30p
– brie, bacon, salad inc lettuce, tomato and mayo, each 50p

Breaded chicken goujons served with dressed house salad and satay sauce   small £4.00 and large £6.00

Breaded wholetail scampi served with garden peas, tartar and salad garnish   £7.25

Salted chilli pork stir fry tossed in a soy sauce and served with boiled rice   £8.95

Pan fried chicken supreme with a bacon and leek sauce topped with tobacco onions served on creamy mashed potato   £8.95

60z Steak ciabatta sandwich with tobacco onions and smoothered with pepper sauce   £10.95

Roast of the Day served with Traditional Gravy and Vegetables  £8.95

Homemade Pie of the Day served with Vegetables      £7.95

Homemade Lasagne with coleslaw, mixed salad and garlic bread    £7.25

Sirloin Steak of varying sizes

Surf and Turf, 8oz sirloin topped with garlic tiger prawns or chilli tiger prawns   £14.95

Side orders

A full range of side orders from salad, rice, chips skinny and fat, saute potatoes with various sauce options, champ, onion rings from £1.25.
